The special administrators of nine wood-based companies jointly announced yesterday that brief details of the sale of their businesses and assets are now available on Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd's website, http://www.danaharta.com.my.

The companies are CA Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd, CA Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, Caton Wood Industries Sdn Bhd, Lumberise Sdn Bhd, Timbermaster Timber Complex (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, Kompleks Perkayuan Timbermaster Smallholders Sdn Bhd, Perkayuan T.M. (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Sandakan Plywood and Veneer Sdn Bhd and Sandakan Blockboard Manufacturing Co Sdn Bhd.

A statement from the special administrators said interested parties could obtain the information memoranda of the nine companies, including particulars of their businesses and assets as well as the terms and conditions of the sale, from the companies at RM100 each.
