Some of my employees have employment letter while many do not. Is that right?

It is proper to have written employment letter of offer to all employees to prevent misunderstandings between employer and employee and future disputes.

 

However, in the absence of an employment letter of offer, it is implied that all employees follow the Employee Handbook as provided by the employer with terms and conditions changing from time to time.
