Quote:: "the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat", by Napoleon Hill

Where are training usually conducted?

There are few training methods. Some are very practical where the workers are trained on the job, hands-on while doing a job together and close supervising by his immediate superior.

On the other hand, many workers can be trained together in a class-room style either at the premises of the employer or to rent a conference hall, a training premise or a holiday resort.

By taking the workers out of their own work environment, they do not have to be disturbed and distracted by phone calls, messages, urgent meetings, etc. Moreover, most of these public places have all the training equipment to facilitate proper training. For example: overhead projectors, tables and chairs, writing pads, audio and visual equipments, adjustable lighting, food & drinks catering service and helpers to assist in the whole arrangement.

In Malaysia, we have some of the best hotels, private clubs and holiday resorts that cater to conducting in-house and public seminars and organizing a grand conference for addressing major issues in economics and business.

You can purview some of these facilities at  Seminar Facilities MD.

Alternatively, there are many training organizations who can pre-arrange your training needs. One such organization who has the experience to handle all this is Consembition Jaya, located in Klang Selangor. They have been organizing and conducting training courses for many SMI/SME for more than 10 years. You can visit their store-front at our Trainers Directory or their web-site.
