What this Privacy Policy Covers

• This Privacy Policy covers Finmart's treatment of personally identifiable information that Finmart collects when you are on the Finmart site, and when you use Finmart's services. This policy also covers Finmart's treatment of any personally identifiable information that Finmart's business partners share with Finmart.

• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Finmart does not own or control, or to people that Finmart does not employ or manage.
  

Information Collection and Use

• Finmart collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Finmart account, when you use certain Finmart products or services, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Finmart may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

• When you register with Finmart, we ask for your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with Finmart and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

• Finmart also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Finmart cookie information and the page you requested.

• Finmart uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see on our pages, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

• Finmart gives you the ability to edit your Finmart Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want Finmart to contact you about specials and new products.

• You may request deletion of your Finmart account by sending an email to info@finmart.com.my.

• Your Finmart Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.

• In certain areas Finmart uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

• Finmart may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
